Brief
Lonesome Novice is a mid-length branching quest I created for Beyond Skyrim’s Arcane University. I wanted to create something longer and with more branches than other quests I’d written. This branching quest has more detail and provides varied options for how the player can approach the task at hand. The prerequisite quest design template is provided by the Arcane University and gives an overview of the storyline and characters before getting into the action on page one.
The documentation here follows the Beyond Skyrim and Arcane University unified style guide. As such, all text is in American English and the Oxford comma is used. Notes for voice actors are highlighted in orange, and implementation notes are highlighted in purple.
